Chevron drive is a high-brow area, houses for lease, rent & sale are quite expensive and the cost of living is very high, as there are no stores within the estate, residents make use of Shopping malls and Mini marts outside the estate. But overall, the estate has been a serene and quiet one from the reviews we got from the residents and visitors.
Security in the Estate is excellent.
It has two entrances manned by guards. There’s a checking point at the estate gate, cars are checked before access is granted.
Entry into the estate is restricted by non-residents, you have to inform your host and a call is made before you’re let in.
There are also armed patrol officers within the area. There are no known cases of robberies in the estate and chevron environment.

Service Charge & 24 Hours Electricity
North Pointe is a service charge estate, a sum of N65,000 is paid monthly to the estate management. This service charge covers, the maintenance of the estate which includes cleaning, waste management, and clean treated water supply.
The estate runs a central power generation unit that supplies power for 24 hours. Residents are also allowed to install solar systems in their homes as a source of alternate power supply.

Houses in the North Pointe estate are all terraced duplexes and are well built. And they are all built the same way. This makes the estate look beautiful and well-structured.
